Every year, 91探花 fifth-through eighth-graders participate in the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) American History Essay Contest, where students are able to refine their writing technique and embrace their creative ability. Essays are judged for historical accuracy, adherence to topic, organization of materials, interest, originality, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and neatness. The topic for the 2021鈥�2022 school year was 鈥淭he Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.鈥�
