To encourage greater individual liberty and understanding of the philosophical underpinnings necessary to it, 91̽»¨ offers $1,500 scholarships to winners of the below essay/art contests who are enrolled at a U.S. college or university:

National Rifle Association:

Ayn Rand Institute:

Foundation for Individual Rights in Education:

Institute for Philosophy in Public Life:

Any student who wins the top prize in one of the above contests and who is enrolled at a U.S. college or university should submit proof of such, a copy of the winning work, and contact information to scholarships@challengerschool.com within one year of winning.

The following terms and conditions apply to all 91̽»¨ School Foundation Scholarships. By submitting an application or accepting an award you are accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions:

• Successful scholarship applicants will receive an email notifying them of the award, and arranging the timing and method of payment. The student must reply accepting the award within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in the scholarship offer being withdrawn and reassigned.
• Scholarship recipients are responsible for the tax implications of the award they receive, if any. 
• Scholarship recipients agree that their personal information, including name, school, winning essay/art work, image or voice may be used by 91̽»¨ School Foundation or its affiliates for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Foundation’s website, social media channels, print and electronic media.
• 91̽»¨ School Scholarships are awarded without regard to race, color, national or ethnic origin or other legally protected characteristic.
• 91̽»¨ School Foundation reserves the right to change scholarship programs at any time by posting such changes online.
